Ray Lindwall was undeniably one of the great fast bowlers, arguably the greatest of all the Australian practitioners, and perhaps the man who established fast bowling's role in the modern game. Ray Lindwall, the first ever pacer to take 200 Test wickets, terrorised opposition batsmen in the 1940s and 1950s.
